A team of entrepreneurs approached us with a simple brief: create the best premium dining experience for expats in the Jingan district of Shanghai. We accepted the challenge and The Bull & Claw was born.
The name, graphics and restaurant environment were all created by our London and Shanghai teams. Working to a limited budget, we combined rustic materials with vintage furniture to create a rich, warm ambience.
The Bull & Claw is famous for its live lobsters – flown in daily from Nova Scotia, Canada. These are complemented by the best Australian prime steaks in Shanghai and the eighteen craft beers on tap. A winning combination judging by the food and design awards they’ve picked up.
